Low Overhead, High Investment

At Decision Engineering, we aim to keep our overhead as low as possible. We don’t have office space. Our employees work from home or work embedded with government customers on government sites. We also don’t have excessive layers of management, and we try to keep our operating costs as low as possible. This allows us to invest heavily into our most valuable resource…our employees.

Generous Compensation - Industry Crushing 401K

Keeping our overhead low, allows us to keep our compensation high. We also have a retirement plan like no other. All Decision Engineering employees are automatically enrolled into a 401K plan where we contribute 3% to your retirement account every single pay period. No matching…no vesting…it’s yours, no strings attached. At the end of the year, we have profit share that we target for an additional 9% that also goes into your 401K. All together, we contribute up to 12% of your earned income to your 401K every year.
